Description

  • Define and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned to growth and revenue goals, with emphasis on brand advertising and product marketing.
  • Design and lead integrated campaigns across the website, landing pages, video, email, social media, and paid media.
  • Own funnel performance and optimize campaigns for conversion, efficiency, and pipeline impact.
  • Partner with product marketing to align messaging, priorities, and campaign execution.
  • Build nurture programs that move prospects through the buyer journey.
  • Support segmentation, lead scoring, and lifecycle workflows to improve conversion.
  • Use analytics and dashboards to identify insights and growth opportunities.
  • Develop campaign-specific social media strategies to amplify thought leadership.
  • Continuously refine marketing strategies using emerging trends, tools, and AI innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
  • Proven success leading multi-channel campaigns across web, email, social, and paid media.
  • Experience applying emerging digital and AI-driven marketing tools to improve performance and outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and a data enrichment tool such as Clay or Apollo.io.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
  • Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Preferred: experience in healthcare technology and health data.
  • Preferred: familiarity with data visualization, dashboards, and advanced reporting tools.
  • Preferred: experience with content distribution or social advocacy platforms.
