Description

  • Support day-to-day administrative coordination and executive priorities.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, inbox organization, and communication workflows.
  • Maintain project tracking sheets and ensure tasks are followed through to completion.
  • Create, design, schedule, and publish social content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community groups.
  • Manage engagement, direct messages, and community interaction across social channels.
  • Track engagement metrics and prepare organized performance reporting.
  • Assist with advertising campaign setup and monitoring for programs and events.
  • Edit short-form video content and graphics aligned with brand messaging.
  • Format and organize program materials such as scripts, guides, workbooks, and cheat sheets.
  • Build and manage email workflows, outreach campaigns, follow-ups, CRM records, and pipeline tracking using GoHighLevel.
  • Organize digital program assets, track member progress, support participant communication, and troubleshoot minor platform issues.
  • Conduct research for ideal client profiles, prospect lists, lead generation, and operational reporting.

Requirements

  • Full-time availability with working hours aligned to U.S. business hours, PST required.
  • Remote location, with LATAM candidates preferred, including Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, and Argentina.
  • Proven experience in executive assistance, marketing coordination, or digital operations support.
  • Experience supporting founders, coaches, or entrepreneurial businesses is preferred.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar.
  • Experience using GoHighLevel CRM or a similar marketing automation platform.
  • Proficiency with Canva and video editing tools such as Veed, OpusClips, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram management.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask independently with minimal supervision.
