Description

  • Support proposal managers throughout the proposal process, including kickoff, review, and pursuit meetings.
  • Document action items and strategy discussions during meetings.
  • Issue subconsultant data calls and manage the information received.
  • Complete corporate forms required for proposal submissions.
  • Provide responses to data calls from teaming partners.
  • Work with technical writers to maintain proposal toolkit content, including resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate text.
  • Maintain and archive image and graphic libraries in OpenAsset.
  • Coordinate hard copy production and shipment of final submittals as needed.
  • Maintain client database information using designated tools.
  • Maintain consistency and organized storage of proposal-related information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in proposals, marketing, business development support, or administrative support.
  • Proposal or related experience within the aviation industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with InDesign is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, and effective communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of internal clients, including proposal managers, project managers, and technical subject matter experts.
  • Must already have work authorization in the country where the job is located; no visa sponsorship is available.
