Description

  • Create and manage LinkedIn posts, carousels, hooks, and thought-leadership content that drives inbound interest.
  • Identify content angles that attract high-intent B2B prospects, decision-makers, and founder-level audiences.
  • Test and optimize content based on engagement, conversations, and pipeline contribution.
  • Turn content engagement into meaningful conversations through likes, comments, profile visits, and inbound DMs.
  • Qualify prospects and move them into the pipeline through relationship-driven follow-up and messaging.
  • Engage consistently with prospects, founders, and decision-makers to build relationships and nurture leads.
  • Build and improve simple inbound funnels from content to engagement, conversation, and call.
  • Develop lead magnets, content offers, and nurture flows to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder on messaging, audience positioning, conversion quality, and market insights.
  • Analyze content performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize inbound systems for better results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in inbound marketing, content-led growth, organic B2B lead generation, or LinkedIn growth.
  • Strong experience creating LinkedIn content, personal brand content, and thought-leadership posts.
  • Proven ability to generate inbound leads, drive conversations from content, and build pipeline organically.
  • Excellent copywriting, messaging, and audience engagement skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, funnel psychology, and organic growth systems.
  • Experience building lead magnets, nurture flows, or founder-led content strategies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics, CRM systems, and content scheduling tools is preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS, agencies, service businesses, or founder-led brands is preferred.
  • Ability to work full-time remote and align with U.S. business hours.
