Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and post-launch support.
  • Manage implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple client accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct discovery and requirements gathering sessions with clients.
  • Analyze client workflows, operational needs, and business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into software configurations and implementation plans.
  • Configure software platforms based on client specifications and operational requirements.
  • Support data migration processes, including mapping, validation, and import coordination.
  • Assist with third-party system integrations and API coordination where applicable.
  • Develop and deliver user training sessions, onboarding guides, SOPs, and other implementation materials.
  • Coordinate and support UAT, troubleshoot implementation issues, and escalate complex technical concerns when needed.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, customer success, and support teams to resolve blockers and improve implementation processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation, onboarding, technical consulting, or client success.
  • Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based software platforms.
  • Strong understanding of business workflows, operational processes, and the system implementation lifecycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing project timelines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting data migration and system integration projects.
  • Experience implementing CRM, ERP, HRIS, project management, or operational software platforms (preferred).
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation tools (preferred).
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS or consulting environments (preferred).
  • Exposure to change management and process improvement initiatives (preferred).
  • Experience creating onboarding materials, training documentation, or SOPs (preferred).
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, or Trello (preferred).
  • Full-time, remote role with working hours aligned to U.S. client business hours and flexibility for deadlines, go-live support, and training sessions.
