Description

  • Design and develop email templates, landing pages, and other digital marketing assets using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Build personalized customer journeys using Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Content Builder.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Ensure marketing materials follow brand guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Stay current on trends and advancements in digital marketing and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Designer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Content Builder.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and email design best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (preferred).
  • Knowledge of data segmentation and personalization techniques (preferred).
  • Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
