Description

  • Post and manage job openings across LinkedIn, Indeed, career pages, and other job boards.
  • Screen resumes, coordinate interview scheduling, and support early-stage candidate communication.
  • Prepare offer letters, onboarding documentation, orientation schedules, and employee packets.
  • Ensure completion of I-9 documentation, E-Verify, tax forms, direct deposit setup, and other compliance paperwork.
  • Manage offboarding tasks including access removal, equipment retrieval, and exit coordination.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, ADP, Gusto, Zenefits, or similar systems.
  • Track PTO, benefits enrollment, employee changes, and organizational updates.
  • Generate HR reports on headcount, turnover, compliance, and employee data.
  • Support payroll preparation and reconciliation, including validation of hours, deductions, and benefits data.
  • Maintain HR policies, SOPs, employee documentation, and audit-ready records while assisting with process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR support, HR operations, or people operations.
  • Experience using HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, ADP, Gusto, Zenefits, or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with U.S. labor law compliance, including FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEOC, and multi-state labor laws.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and HR reporting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or a related HR certification preferred.
  • Experience with multi-state payroll, international HR support, or startup environments preferred.
  • HRIS implementation or process improvement experience preferred.
  • Background supporting SaaS, professional services, or high-growth companies preferred.
