Description

  • Assist with sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees in coordination with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires and ensure they receive the resources and information needed to succeed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, issues, and conflicts.
  • Support performance reviews, goal setting, feedback processes, and performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR regulations while staying current on HR best practices.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, benefits questions, and coordination with benefits providers.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, reports, and other HR documents.
  • Support the development and delivery of training programs and coordinate training sessions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees and team members.
  • Problem-solving ability to address and resolve HR-related issues effectively.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Basic proficiency with HR software.
  • Experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience with gig economy platforms or staffing apps is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in HR, recruitment, or employee relations are beneficial but not required.
