Description

  • Own the end-to-end post-sales client delivery lifecycle from handoff through onboarding and adoption.
  • Lead multiple client implementations while maintaining quality, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary owner for client success, satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and manage complex escalations.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering on implementations and custom use cases.
  • Translate business goals into technical workflows, execution plans, and delivery strategies.
  • Optimize GTM systems, automation, and integrations to improve client outcomes.
  • Build and refine delivery processes, playbooks, and SOPs.
  • Identify delivery risks early and proactively prevent issues before they escalate.
  • Align cross-functional teams and contribute to strategy for retention, expansion, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in Client Success, Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or GTM roles.
  • Strong understanding of GTM systems, automation workflows, and integrations.
  • Experience working directly with clients in high-stakes, outcome-driven environments.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
  • Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours.
  • Experience with AI tools and automation platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Clay is preferred.
  • Experience scaling client delivery or other post-sales functions is preferred.
  • Experience managing complex technical implementations and integrations is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
