Description

  • Onboard new customers onto Workato by providing technical consulting, guidance, and enablement that accelerates time to value.
  • Gather integration and automation requirements and lead solution design with customer business and technical stakeholders.
  • Share best practices on deployment models, governance, integration design, and build approaches.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering by relaying platform feedback and customer needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Run post-onboarding health checks and advise customers on integration and process optimizations.
  • Create reusable customer-facing and internal content such as presentations, demos, best practices, architecture patterns, and online courses.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong customer service experience.
  • Perform gap analysis and design end-to-end workflows using standard architecture patterns.
  • Build and maintain integrations and Workato recipes following best practices, including error handling, access controls, and lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting.
  • Working knowledge of integrations, system design principles, and application integration industry trends.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, on-prem and cloud deployment models, and the end-to-end SDLC.
  • Experience with one iPaaS platform such as Workato, Tray, TIBCO, Boomi, MuleSoft, WebMethods, or Oracle Integration Suite.
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
  • Experience with JavaScript frontend or backend development is a plus.
  • Experience with OEM or embedded SaaS integrations or iFrame integration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI systems, enterprise intelligence, governance frameworks, or reference architectures is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work across multiple priorities and stakeholders in a consulting environment.
