Description

  • Build, deploy, and maintain internal applications using Next.js, React, and Python.
  • Develop marketing dashboards, reporting systems, backend services, and operational tools.
  • Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API, event tracking, deduplication, and attribution systems.
  • Build data pipelines connecting advertising platforms, backend systems, CRMs, and reporting dashboards.
  • Integrate AI APIs into workflows for lead scoring, qualification, campaign analysis, reporting, and automation.
  • Integrate and automate CRM platforms, including GoHighLevel, Close CRM, and HubSpot.
  • Develop lead routing, pipeline, follow-up, conversion tracking, and CRM-to-ad-platform workflows.
  • Build reliable REST API, webhook, third-party, advertising, CRM, and AI integrations.
  • Ship, test, monitor, and iterate on production systems using campaign data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Collaborate with leadership, media buyers, and operators to identify bottlenecks and deliver measurable improvements.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Strong full-stack development experience with React, Next.js, and Python.
  • Experience building and deploying production applications or internal tools.
  • Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations, and automation systems.
  • Active practical use of modern AI tools in engineering work.
  • Required hands-on experience in marketing, advertising, performance marketing, or ad tech.
  • Experience with Meta Pixel and/or Conversion API, event tracking, deduplication, attribution, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience integrating or automating CRMs such as GoHighLevel, Close CRM, or HubSpot.
  • Understanding of lead capture, routing, pipeline management, follow-up automation, offline events, and CRM-to-ad-platform attribution.
  • Preferred experience with paid marketing dashboards, high-volume lead generation, Zapier or Make, marketing data pipelines, attribution challenges, or home services businesses.
