Description

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Framework, and modern .NET.
  • Modernize legacy .NET applications through incremental, low-risk refactoring.
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservice-based solutions.
  • Apply API contracts, versioning, authentication, authorization, logging, and service communication practices.
  • Build and maintain EF Core data-access layers, including migrations, LINQ, relationships, and transactions.
  • Diagnose and optimize database queries and application performance using SQL Server and relational database concepts.
  • Develop and unit test front-end and back-end web application features.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards, architecture, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with design, development, QA, operations, product, research, and data teams in Agile/Scrum workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of .NET and application development experience.
  • Experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core/.NET MVC, and REST API development.
  • Experience with React, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, and SCSS.
  • Strong working knowledge of Entity Framework Core, including Code First, migrations, LINQ, and change tracking.
  • Experience with SQL Server and relational database concepts.
  • Understanding of monolithic, distributed, cloud-based, and microservice architectures.
  • Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD processes; experience with Git preferred.
  • Experience integrating AI technologies, features, or tools into applications.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or Octopus preferred.
  • English proficiency at B2 level.
