Description

  • Build and maintain 3-statement financial models, ROI models, IRR calculations, break-even analyses, and forecasting models.
  • Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and variance analysis to support strategic business and investment decisions.
  • Query, transform, and analyze large financial and operational datasets using SQL.
  • Build scalable reporting frameworks, KPI tracking systems, and executive dashboards.
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages, KPI dashboards, executive summaries, and board-level reporting.
  • Support rolling forecasts, budgeting processes, and budget-versus-actual analysis.
  • Validate datasets and reporting outputs, maintain documentation, and improve data quality and reporting consistency.
  • Partner with finance, operations, sales, and leadership teams to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Present clear insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Improve reporting workflows and automate repetitive tasks where possible.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business intelligence, or data analytics.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, nested formulas, macros, and scenario modeling.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and joining datasets.
  • Experience preparing variance analyses, management reporting, and KPI dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with Python, R, or advanced analytics workflows is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is preferred.
  • ERP experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle is preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS, finance, healthcare, or professional services is preferred.
