Description

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for facility data management practices, standards, and lifecycle governance.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce data governance policies and quality assurance protocols.
  • Conduct data audits, validation checks, and corrective actions to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Oversee the implementation and use of facility management systems such as CMMS for asset, maintenance, and space tracking.
  • Support the design, development, configuration, and integration of hardware, software, cloud components, and user interfaces tied to facility data workflows.
  • Collaborate with IT, facility operations, and data teams to streamline workflows and align systems across platforms.
  • Participate in system configuration, documentation updates, version control, and testing activities.
  • Monitor system performance and help resolve data-related errors or configuration gaps.
  • Generate dashboards, metrics, and analytical reports using tools such as Power BI.
  • Define, configure, and maintain KPIs aligned with organizational reporting needs.
  • Analyze facility data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement or cost savings.
  • Provide user support and training on data entry, reporting tools, workflows, and governance practices.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and operational guidelines related to data quality and reporting.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to improve reporting accuracy, data accessibility, and system efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Facility Management, Data Management, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in systems engineering, data management, or maintenance and operations.
  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Working knowledge of ETL processes, data governance fundamentals, and KPI tracking.
  • Experience meeting reporting requirements while maintaining high data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to train and support facility teams.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to facility data management.
  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a NASA background investigation.
  • Must be able to pass initial and random drug testing.
  • Experience with predictive maintenance tools or facility-related data systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
  • Experience supporting data workflows or enterprise reporting systems is preferred.
