Description

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Remarketing.
  • Conduct keyword research and build effective campaign structures.
  • Write, test, and improve ad copy to increase campaign performance.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and paid campaign performance.
  • Manage company social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Respond to comments, direct messages, and other audience interactions professionally.
  • Schedule content and optimize captions, engagement, and post performance.
  • Conduct SEO keyword research and optimize metadata, headings, content, and internal linking.
  • Track campaign performance across paid, organic, and social channels using analytics tools.
  • Prepare performance reports with insights, recommendations, and documentation of optimization work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms and engagement.
  • Proven SEO experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns with measurable business results.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Search Console.
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
  • Excellent written communication and ad copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts (preferred).
  • Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B marketing (preferred).
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (preferred).
  • Familiarity with content marketing workflows and marketing automation platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with Meta Ads or other paid social advertising platforms (preferred).
