Description

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Snapchat, and other paid channels.
  • Generate high-quality buyer and investor leads for Dubai off-plan real estate projects.
  • Run campaigns targeting international markets including the UK, GCC, Europe, India, Pakistan, China, Russia/CIS, and Africa.
  • Manage campaigns for overseas property roadshows, investor events, exhibitions, and sales launches.
  • Monitor and improve performance against CPL, CPQL, conversion rate, booking rate, and ROAS targets.
  • Work with the sales team to assess lead quality and refine targeting and campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and developers to produce ad creatives, landing pages, lead forms, and other campaign assets.
  • Set up and manage tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, conversion APIs, and related tools.

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Media Buying.
  • Proven experience running paid campaigns for Dubai real estate agencies, developers, or off-plan property projects.
  • Demonstrated success generating qualified international real estate leads.
  • Strong expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
  • Solid understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, bidding strategies, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and improving lead quality while maintaining target CPL.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
