Description

  • Own SEO performance across two company websites.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues affecting search visibility.
  • Improve Core Web Vitals, site structure, indexing, crawlability, and on-page optimisation.
  • Implement keyword and backlink strategies to grow rankings, authority, and organic leads.
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Create and optimise landing pages, and improve WordPress website performance and user experience.
  • Manage social media content, campaigns, and calendars across both brands.
  • Lead overall marketing strategy, priorities, and recommendations for leadership.
  • Deliver monthly reporting on leads, conversions, CPA, organic performance, paid performance, and website engagement.
  • Support the transition from the current marketing agency and audit/transferred digital assets and accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in senior digital marketing, with 5+ years total experience.
  • Advanced SEO knowledge, including technical SEO.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • WordPress administration and optimisation experience.
  • Experience with SEMrush or equivalent SEO platforms.
  • Experience with link-building, digital authority development, landing page optimisation, and CRO.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven experience developing marketing strategy, not just executing tasks.
  • Australian market experience is highly regarded.
  • Experience in residential construction, home building, or trades is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with AI search optimisation and emerging search technologies is highly regarded.
  • Graphic design capability using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is highly regarded.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager is highly regarded.
