Description

  • Build and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X, Reddit, TikTok, and other growth channels.
  • Design and execute full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies from audience targeting through conversion tracking and optimization.
  • Write, test, and refine ad copy, messaging, hooks, creative formats, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Own organic growth across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms to increase engagement, reach, and inbound demand.
  • Develop content strategies that align organic efforts with paid campaigns and broader growth goals.
  • Monitor performance daily and make proactive adjustments to improve CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall efficiency.
  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, headlines, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Track and analyze performance across paid channels, organic channels, landing pages, and funnel stages.
  • Own pixel setup, event tracking, UTM structures, and attribution workflows, and build reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with design, content, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and provide performance feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Strong experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven ability to generate B2B leads and measurable pipeline growth.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple acquisition channels.
  • Deep understanding of PPC strategy, audience segmentation, retargeting, funnel optimization, and attribution models.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Experience with conversion tracking and performance analysis.
  • Ability to independently launch campaigns, manage optimization, analyze performance, and scale results.
  • Strong copywriting and conversion-focused messaging skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo is preferred.
  • Organic social media growth experience is preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts or large advertising budgets is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
  • Google Ads or Meta certifications are preferred.
