Description

  • Own day-to-day management of the marketing site, including updating pages, publishing content, and maintaining brand accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with developers and platform owners to implement and improve scalable page templates, components, and content models.
  • Lead strategy, creation, and optimization of campaign and product landing pages across integrated digital campaigns.
  • Partner with copywriters and designers to translate campaign briefs into polished digital experiences.
  • Run ongoing test-and-learn programs for landing pages and email campaigns to improve CTR, form completion, and demo requests.
  • Optimize owned-channel content for search engines and large language models to strengthen brand presence and discoverability.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to define, track, and report on core digital KPIs across web and email.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, contribute ideas, and deliver work that supports business objectives.
  • Stay current on digital trends, web technologies, and demand generation practices, and recommend improvements to keep the brand experience modern and competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in B2B healthcare, health tech, or benefits.
  • Experience owning a marketing website or major site sections, including cross-functional intake and publishing through a CMS such as WordPress.
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing email campaigns and landing pages in a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of conversion marketing, UX fundamentals, and content hierarchy for marketing sites and landing pages.
  • Familiarity with technical SEO and AI-driven search (AIO) concepts and tools.
  • Ability to connect brand storytelling with performance marketing goals in partnership with campaign owners.
  • Comfort working in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.
  • Experience using AI tools in a marketing context, with sound judgment about when human review is needed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment while balancing multiple requests and maintaining quality and accessibility.
  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare, digital health, or other regulated industries where privacy, security, and compliance affect digital experiences.
