Description

  • Analyze ad platform performance in Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to identify what creative is working and why.
  • Interpret metrics such as Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPA, and ROAS to generate creative insights.
  • Conduct creative audits to determine which messages, pain points, and content styles resonate with audiences.
  • Develop concepts, ad series ideas, scripts, hooks, body copy, calls-to-action, and storyboards for direct-response campaigns.
  • Create large volumes of structured creative tests designed to scale winning concepts.
  • Brief UGC creators, influencers, editors, and production teams with clear hooks, talking points, shots, and editing guidance.
  • Review drafts and provide feedback to ensure pacing, overlays, storytelling, and performance best practices are met.
  • Design and manage structured A/B tests and iterative creative testing roadmaps for paid channels.
  • Research competitors and market trends to keep ad creative native to each platform and aligned with emerging patterns.
  • Maintain a library of high-performing assets and reusable footage.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy or performance creative roles.
  • Experience working with high-growth, paid social-led DTC brands.
  • Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok advertising ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and inform creative decisions.
  • A portfolio of direct-response ad concepts, scripts, or campaigns with measurable results.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through paid creative.
  • Experience briefing or directing creators, influencers, or UGC production.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and Hook Rate.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights and defend creative decisions with data.
  • Experience with YouTube advertising is valued.
