Description

  • Build and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X, Reddit, TikTok, and other growth channels.
  • Design and launch full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies from audience targeting and campaign structure through conversion tracking and optimization.
  • Write, test, and refine high-converting ad copy, messaging, hooks, and creative formats across channels.
  • Own organic growth across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social platforms.
  • Develop content strategies that support paid campaigns, brand visibility, audience engagement, and inbound demand.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make proactive adjustments to improve CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, headlines, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Own tracking and attribution processes, including pixel setup, event tracking, UTM structures, GA4, and GTM.
  • Build performance reports with insights, trends, recommendations, and revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with design, content, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with broader revenue and growth goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Strong experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven ability to generate B2B leads and measurable pipeline growth.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple acquisition channels.
  • Deep understanding of PPC strategy, audience segmentation, retargeting, funnel optimization, and attribution models.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to independently launch campaigns, manage optimization, analyze performance, and scale results.
  • Strong copywriting and conversion-focused messaging skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo is preferred.
  • Organic social media growth experience is preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts or large advertising budgets is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Google Ads/Meta certifications is preferred.
