Description

  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles across multiple client locations.
  • Execute Local SEO strategies to improve Google Maps and local search rankings.
  • Maintain NAP consistency, manage citations, and strengthen local search authority.
  • Implement review generation and online reputation management strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 15–20 client accounts.
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and monthly performance review meetings.
  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and present results, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Analyze performance metrics such as Google Business Profile performance, local search rankings, customer engagement, and website traffic.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage digital marketing tools and workflow improvements.
  • Partner with internal account management and operations teams to support client needs and reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience focused on execution.
  • Proven experience optimizing Google Business Profiles across multiple businesses or locations.
  • Experience independently managing multiple client accounts.
  • Strong expertise in Google Business Profile optimization, Local SEO, Google Maps ranking factors, citation management, NAP consistency, and online reputation management.
  • Experience preparing and presenting client performance reports.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing digital marketing software and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Client-facing account management experience is preferred.
  • Agency or white-label digital marketing experience is preferred.
  • Experience supporting businesses with multiple locations is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, BrightLocal, Whitespark, SEMrush, or Ahrefs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation is preferred.
