Description

  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles across multiple client locations.
  • Execute Local SEO strategies to improve rankings in Google Maps and local search.
  • Maintain NAP consistency, citations, reviews, and other local listing details.
  • Independently manage a portfolio of approximately 15–20 client accounts.
  • Conduct monthly performance review meetings and present results in client-friendly language.
  • Prepare monthly digital marketing reports and analyze performance metrics.
  • Recommend actionable optimization opportunities based on search and engagement data.
  • Evaluate, implement, and improve digital marketing tools, automation, and workflows.
  • Partner with internal teams to support client requests and enterprise reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience focused on execution.
  • Proven experience optimizing Google Business Profiles for multiple businesses or locations.
  • Experience independently managing multiple client accounts.
  • Experience creating and presenting marketing performance reports to clients.
  • Strong expertise in Local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimization, citation management, NAP consistency, and review management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and recommend improvements.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing digital marketing tools and software.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Previous client-facing account management experience (preferred).
  • Agency or white-label digital marketing background (preferred).
  • Experience supporting businesses with multiple physical locations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with self-storage, parking, automotive, hospitality, or home services industries (preferred).
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, BrightLocal, Whitespark, SEMrush, or Ahrefs (preferred).
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered marketing tools to improve efficiency and reporting (preferred).
