Description

  • Build highly targeted prospect lists and segment prospects by ICP criteria such as industry, company size, job title, and geography.
  • Verify and clean contact data and maintain organized prospect databases and outreach lists.
  • Write personalized cold email copy, subject lines, and calls to action.
  • Build and launch multi-step outbound sequences and personalize messaging using prospect research.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize campaigns based on engagement, reply, and conversion metrics.
  • Manage inbox reputation and deliverability by monitoring bounce rates, spam scores, sender reputation, and inbox health.
  • Rotate sending domains and inboxes and resolve deliverability issues before performance declines.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and send times, and document testing results.
  • Review campaign replies, qualify interested prospects, and route them to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure outreach data stays up to date and compliant with email regulations.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in cold email outreach, outbound lead generation, sales development, or outbound marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with outreach platforms such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, Woodpecker, or similar tools.
  • Experience writing cold email campaigns and personalized outreach sequences.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices and inbox health management.
  • Experience managing large-scale email deliverability is preferred.
  • Understanding of DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC is preferred.
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS, agencies, or service businesses is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with SDRs or Account Executives, and familiarity with outbound automation workflows and CRM integrations is preferred.
