Description

  • Respond to inbound calls and inquiries quickly and professionally.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to nurture leads and improve appointment conversions.
  • Qualify prospects based on company criteria and guide them through scheduling.
  • Schedule appointments between prospects and internal teams while managing calendar conflicts.
  • Send appointment reminders, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling updates.
  • Maintain accurate lead records, call notes, and follow-up activity in the CRM.
  • Keep pipeline stages organized and updated to support clean workflow tracking.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and internal teams.
  • Communicate consistently with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the client journey.

Requirements

  • Based in Latin America.
  • Fluent professional English with a neutral or clear accent.
  • Strong and confident phone communication skills.
  • Experience in appointment setting, customer service, scheduling, client support, or administrative coordination.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in HVAC, roofing, landscaping, contractor services, or home services industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Calendar, Calendly, or HubSpot is preferred.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or businesses is preferred.
