Description

  • Conduct investigations to locate individuals and businesses for service of process using databases and order history.
  • Review investigation findings and cross-reference prior order details to support case resolution.
  • Communicate findings and recommended next steps to customers and co-workers.
  • Answer investigation-related phone calls and emails.
  • Update procedural documents and review existing procedures to improve accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 6 months of related experience required.
  • Experience in an office environment and/or customer-facing position preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely with a strong work ethic.
  • Reliability and the ability to maintain high confidentiality with privileged information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with peers.
  • Openness to learning new things and responding positively to feedback.
  • Technical savvy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Must be located in Michigan for this remote position.
