Description

  • Design and develop business applications and automation solutions across Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Build Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, KPI visualizations, and reporting workflows.
  • Develop advanced Power Automate workflows to replace manual operational processes.
  • Create Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps and Dataverse-based solutions.
  • Build Azure Functions, API integrations, webhooks, custom connectors, and scalable integration architecture.
  • Develop Microsoft Teams solutions, including bots, Adaptive Cards, notifications, and workflow integrations.
  • Gather requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate business problems into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot workflow and integration failures and optimize solution performance, reliability, and usability.
  • Apply security, access control, data governance, monitoring, and error-handling practices.
  • Document workflows, data models, integrations, APIs, application logic, and system configurations.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience working with Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong hands-on Power BI experience, including DAX, data modeling, dashboard development, and reporting.
  • Advanced experience with Power Automate.
  • Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience, including Azure Functions.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently during EST-aligned U.S. business hours in a remote environment.
  • Experience with Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven apps, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams development, Copilot Studio, or AI agents (preferred).
  • Experience with custom connectors, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, SQL, data warehousing, Power BI Row-Level Security, Incremental Refresh, or Embedded Analytics (preferred).
