Description

  • Own frontend and backend development from initial architecture through production deployment.
  • Design and implement scalable application architecture, APIs, data models, and backend services.
  • Integrate LLMs such as Claude into reliable product workflows with prompts, validation, safeguards, and failure handling.
  • Build authentication, authorization, permissions, secure API interactions, and data protection controls.
  • Develop AI agents, multi-step workflows, tool-calling systems, and operational automations where appropriate.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to translate business objectives into prototypes and production features.
  • Deploy, monitor, debug, and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Iterate rapidly based on user feedback, production behavior, and evolving product requirements.
  • Reduce technical debt and maintain codebase quality as the product grows.

Requirements

  • Strong full-stack engineering experience across frontend and backend development.
  • Proven experience building and shipping production-level software products.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into real applications.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, API design, data structures, and application performance.
  • Experience with Supabase or similar backend platforms.
  • Practical understanding of LLM limitations, including hallucinations, context limits, failure states, edge cases, and output validation.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication, permissions, authorization, and data protection best practices.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Ability to take end-to-end ownership of product development and work directly with leadership.
  • Experience building AI agents or automation workflows (preferred).
  • Production experience with Claude or similar LLMs (preferred).
  • Experience with SaaS, operational, or workflow applications and taking products from MVP to production and scale (preferred).
  • Exposure to aviation, logistics, or membership systems (preferred).
