Description

  • Partner with business leaders to assess workflows, identify inefficiencies, and define AI transformation opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into AI, automation, analytics, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Design, develop, test, implement, and support AI applications, agents, copilots, and automation solutions.
  • Build Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and RAG techniques.
  • Lead solution design sessions and collaborate with application, infrastructure, integration, security, and data teams.
  • Lead intelligent automation initiatives using RPA, workflow technologies, and intelligent document processing.
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, applications, APIs, and structured and unstructured data.
  • Establish reusable AI frameworks, integration patterns, engineering practices, and accelerators.
  • Provide technical leadership for AI governance, security, privacy, compliance, risk management, and lifecycle oversight.
  • Promote AI literacy and adoption through education, coaching, and participation in the AI Steering Committee.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, automation, analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or advanced analytics solutions.
  • Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders and leading discovery workshops, process assessments, and solution design sessions.
  • Experience delivering technology solutions across multiple business systems and platforms.
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications, cloud platforms, system integrations, modern data ecosystems, APIs, and secure solution design.
  • Experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, agent design, model evaluation, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Experience with RPA, workflow orchestration, IDP, business process automation, SQL, data modeling, and AI-ready data platforms.
  • Preferred experience with a master’s degree, Salesforce CRM, MuleSoft, D365, Databricks, Azure, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship; able to travel occasionally, including paid first-day orientation at the Ankeny, Iowa headquarters.
