Description

  • Partner with business leaders to identify strategic objectives, workflow inefficiencies, and AI transformation opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and process assessments; translate business needs into AI, automation, and analytics solutions.
  • Develop business cases, value assessments, implementation roadmaps, and technology recommendations for AI initiatives.
  • Design, develop, test, implement, and continuously improve AI-powered applications, agents, copilots, and automation solutions.
  • Build Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Lead intelligent automation initiatives using RPA, workflow technologies, and structured and unstructured business data.
  • Collaborate with application, infrastructure, integration, security, and data teams to deploy secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Establish reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, engineering practices, and integration patterns.
  • Provide technical leadership on the AI Steering Committee, including AI strategy, governance, prioritization, risk management, and vendor evaluation.
  • Promote responsible AI adoption and AI literacy through education, coaching, and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, automation, analytics, or a related technology discipline.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or advanced analytics solutions.
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to solve complex business challenges through technology.
  • Experience leading discovery workshops, process assessments, and solution design sessions.
  • Knowledge of Agentic AI, LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, agent design, AI governance, and model lifecycle management.
  • Experience with RPA, workflow orchestration, Intelligent Document Processing, and business process optimization.
  • Understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, secure solution design, and AI deployment, monitoring, documentation, and support.
  • Knowledge of SQL, data modeling and integration, modern data engineering, analytics platforms, and AI-ready data concepts.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship; occasional travel is required.
  • Master's degree, experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, D365, Databricks, Azure, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio (preferred).
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, food production, supply chain, or similarly operationally complex environments (preferred).

Benefits

  • Salary of $148,500–$165,000 plus a 10% bonus.
