Description

  • Generate invoices, monitor receivables aging, follow up on overdue balances, and apply customer payments.
  • Process vendor invoices, verify payment details, maintain vendor records, and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Calculate sales commissions, maintain supporting reports, and resolve commission inquiries with Sales leadership.
  • Perform account reconciliations, review transactions, assist with month-end close, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain financial records in QuickBooks and sales data in Salesforce.
  • Generate and analyze financial and operational reports and support audit preparation.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams on financial matters.
  • Maintain documentation, follow internal controls, and improve accounting workflows.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or financial operations.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation practices.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks or Bill.com and Salesforce.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with sales commission calculations and management preferred.
  • Experience with month-end close and financial reporting preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate proactively.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
  • Experience with remote teams, accounting workflow improvement, or relevant certifications preferred.
