Description

  • Record and allocate daily bank and credit card transactions.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly bank and credit card statements.
  • Maintain the accounts payable subledger.
  • Reconcile vendor statements for accuracy and completeness.
  • Allocate COGS, direct costs, and operating expenses across projects and cost centers.
  • Identify, track, and flag discrepancies or irregularities in financial data.
  • Work independently with the Accounting team in a remote, international environment.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, including 1 year with a U.S.-based company.
  • Professional education in accounting.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on QuickBooks Online or Desktop experience, including bookkeeping and reconciliations.
  • English proficiency at B1–B2 level or higher.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems preferred.
  • U.S. tax preparation skills preferred.
  • Understanding of U.S. payroll preferred.
  • Availability to work full-time, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. New York time, under a B2B contract.
