Description

  • Enter charges, apply coding, and submit medical claims.
  • Process claims accurately and on time according to billing regulations and payer requirements.
  • Maintain complete billing records and claim documentation.
  • Post payments and reconcile billing transactions.
  • Investigate denials and rejections, coordinate corrections, and resubmit claims.
  • Manage insurance follow-ups and outstanding claims.
  • Handle patient statements, billing-cycle tasks, and account inquiries.
  • Support timely collections and accurate account management.

Requirements

  • Previous medical billing experience.
  • Required experience with NextGen Billing.
  • Understanding of Medicare Advantage billing and coding.
  • Familiarity with G-codes and CPT II codes.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and training.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple billing tasks.
  • Availability for a full-time schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
  • USB noise-canceling headset and working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
  • Primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
