Description

  • Guide customers through accounting onboarding, including chart of accounts mapping, tax configuration, revenue recognition, and reconciliation workflows.
  • Analyze customers’ night audits, folio management, accounts receivable, and month-end processes to configure Cloudbeds appropriately.
  • Help customers connect Cloudbeds with accounting software and ERPs such as Carmen, Flowaccount, QuickBooks, Xero, M3, and NetSuite.
  • Troubleshoot accounting discrepancies, integration synchronization issues, and configuration questions.
  • Create onboarding documentation, how-to guides, and best-practice resources for hospitality accounting workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to share customer feedback and identify recurring issues.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on hospitality bookkeeping and accounting for customers and internal teams.
  • Support Onboarding Project Managers and Sales teams during accounting discussions and the full onboarding journey.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on hotel accounting experience; hospitality-adjacent accounting does not qualify.
  • Practical knowledge of general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, revenue recognition, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Required experience with PMS-to-accounting integrations and Carmen Accounting.
  • Strong technical aptitude with SaaS platforms and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to explain complex accounting concepts clearly to non-technical customers and translate customer needs for technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including tracing data flows and identifying mapping issues.
  • Fluency in Thai and English, with clear written and verbal communication across global time zones.
  • Experience setting up PMS-to-accounting integrations is preferred.
  • Experience with accounting middleware or integration platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Thai regional accounting standards and tax requirements is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the position’s location without visa sponsorship.
