Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation through negotiation and deal closure.
  • Drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Manage pipeline activity and maintain accurate sales reporting.
  • Prospect through multiple channels, including high-volume outbound outreach, to create new opportunities.
  • Handle sales conversations and presentations via phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, SDRs, and account management teams to support revenue growth.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Patsnap’s platform and the broader IP and innovation software landscape.
  • Analyze territory performance and consistently work toward sales targets and KPIs.
  • Translate complex data into clear value for both scientific and commercial audiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of 360° sales experience in solution selling.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with high-volume outbound outreach, including cold calling and pipeline building.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and present persuasively to decision-makers.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of the innovation/IP solutions space is a bonus.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Must be based on the East Coast and able to work EST hours.
  • Experience in Innovation/IP solutions is preferred.

  • On-target earnings of $180,000–$210,000 USD, with a $90,000–$105,000 USD base salary depending on experience.
