Description

  • Drive net-new logo acquisition and revenue growth across EMEA and North America.
  • Own the full end-to-end sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline while maintaining accurate forecasting and disciplined reporting.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and core sales KPIs.
  • Partner with Account Managers to expand existing customers into new buying centres where relevant.
  • Run a multi-channel sales process across phone, Microsoft Teams, and in-person meetings as needed.
  • Attend conferences and represent PatSnap, including speaking roles when required.
  • Develop strong product and market expertise within the IP services and software space.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, GTM, and Marketing to support go-to-market activity and share customer insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of 360° SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Tech sales experience in a fast-paced company.
  • Strong outbound prospecting ability, including cold calling and pipeline building.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, present persuasively, and influence decision-makers.
  • Hunter mentality with hunger to grow and motivation to make a real impact.
  • Ability to work remotely from Austin, Texas and collaborate with colleagues in San Antonio from time to time.
  • Bonus: experience in Innovation/IP solutions.

  • Bonus: comfort using AI to improve preparation and output quality.
