Description

  • Own high-volume outbound outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Prospect, engage, and qualify new customers across pharma, biotech, and medical devices.
  • Use scientific credibility to start conversations with senior R&D and innovation leaders.
  • Create and qualify sales pipeline by turning cold prospects into commercial opportunities.
  • Handle rejection, stay persistent, and consistently meet activity and pipeline targets.
  • Partner with Account Executives to support demos, progression, and revenue conversion.
  • Research companies and identify business opportunities using creative outreach methods.
  • Own your territory and decide which prospects to prioritize.
  • Build relationships with potential clients and support lead generation.

Requirements

  • A degree, recent graduate status, or early career background in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Experience or strong interest in a high-performance, target-driven sales environment.
  • Motivation to earn in an uncapped commission environment.
  • Confidence and comfort initiating conversations with new people.
  • Resilience and the ability to bounce back from rejection.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex scientific ideas into clear value.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with effective time and pipeline management.
  • Curiosity, coachability, and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Interest in technology, innovation, and how they support business and R&D.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team.
  • Based in the Los Angeles area and able to support periodic in-person collaboration.
  • Preferred: experience or familiarity with life sciences, sales, or commercial client-facing work.
