Description

  • Own high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage senior R&D and innovation leaders using scientific credibility and industry knowledge.
  • Research target accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Create and qualify pipeline from cold prospects into commercial opportunities.
  • Book product demonstrations and support Account Executives in moving deals forward.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to convert pipeline into revenue.
  • Maintain consistent activity levels and meet or exceed pipeline targets.
  • Build foundational sales skills in closing, influencing, and deal progression.
  • Manage your territory with autonomy and decide which companies to prioritize.
  • Work independently while collaborating with the broader sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Background or degree in Life Sciences.
  • Motivated by uncapped commission and earning potential.
  • Confident and proactive in initiating conversations and building new relationships.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and able to handle rejection in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Competitive and ambitious, with a desire to exceed goals and progress quickly.
  • Strong communicator who can translate complex scientific ideas into clear value.
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to learn continuously.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage time and pipeline effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team.
  • Remote position based in the Phoenix area, with periodic in-person collaboration in Phoenix.
  • Interest in technology and innovation, and how they support business and R&D.
  • Experience working with or selling into pharma, biotech, or medical devices is implied but not required.
