Description

  • Develop deep expertise in the supported solutions and target personas to drive awareness and demand.
  • Articulate product value propositions and translate features and benefits into compelling messaging and content.
  • Own and execute sales and marketing events, including pre-event awareness, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up.
  • Create sales enablement materials such as sell sheets, presentation decks, spec sheets, and best-practice guides.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and cross-functional partners to develop integrated marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Support content strategy and produce short-form content such as email marketing, sell sheets, and social posts.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and supporting content for both digital and offline environments.
  • Design and run demand generation programs to drive leads and sales pipeline growth.
  • Communicate new and planned marketing activities to the sales team and help educate sellers on program updates.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance metrics to improve results.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct experience in B2B marketing, with healthcare or life sciences preferred.
  • Agency, startup, or consulting experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business results.
  • Experience with sales support tools and sales enablement.
  • Experience designing and implementing ABM campaigns.
  • Expertise in digital and traditional marketing channels and tactics.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing strategy and execution, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning.
  • Highly developed training, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills across stakeholder levels.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Pardot is a plus.
