Description

  • Develop deep expertise in the solutions and target personas to drive awareness and demand.
  • Articulate product value propositions and translate features and benefits into compelling messaging and content.
  • Own and execute sales and marketing events, including pre-event awareness, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up.
  • Enable the sales team with marketing materials such as sell sheets, presentation decks, spec sheets, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and other cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Support content strategy and create short-form deliverables such as email marketing, sell sheets, and social posts.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and supporting content across digital and offline channels.
  • Develop and execute demand generation programs to drive leads and sales pipeline growth.
  • Communicate with and educate the sales team about new and planned marketing activities.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize programs accordingly.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct experience in B2B marketing; healthcare or life sciences experience preferred.
  • Agency, start-up, or consulting experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business results.
  • Experience with sales support tools and enablement.
  • Experience designing and implementing ABM campaigns.
  • Expertise in digital and traditional marketing channels and tactics.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing strategy and execution, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning.
  • Highly developed training, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Pardot is a plus.
