Description

  • Own and manage marketing automation platforms, including campaign execution, workflows, and system optimization.
  • Establish and maintain marketing data governance standards, including lead routing, lifecycle stages, and data quality.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to align marketing systems and CRM processes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to track marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Define and standardize key marketing KPIs and reporting frameworks.
  • Support attribution and pipeline visibility efforts in partnership with Sales and Finance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Lead project management for brand integration of acquired companies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, acquired brands, and business units.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand transitions, including messaging, website updates, and communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or related roles.
  • Experience managing HubSpot marketing technology platforms, including marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Experience in reporting, analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or programs.
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations, systems, and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
  • Proven project and program management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to drive alignment and execution in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience supporting marketing organizations in a professional services or AEC environment (preferred).
  • Experience with acquisition integration or brand transition initiatives (preferred).
  • Experience working with sales and finance partners on pipeline and performance tracking (preferred).
  • Certifications in marketing automation, CRM platforms, or project management, such as HubSpot or PMP (preferred).
  • Familiarity with data governance and lifecycle management practices (preferred).
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks (preferred).
  • Understanding of demand generation and go-to-market processes (preferred).
  • Experience improving operational efficiency and workflow design (preferred).
  • Must already possess work authorization in the country where the job is located; no visa sponsorship is available.
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.
