Description

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the content intelligence platform and its tools and APIs.
  • Source input from experts, partners, stakeholders, and customers to define customer problems and product opportunities.
  • Translate product strategy into measurable bets aligned with PatientPoint’s mission and OKRs.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for provider content experiences at the point of care.
  • Conduct competitor teardowns and educate internal teams on market trends and differentiation opportunities.
  • Lead structured product discovery, solution validation, and delivery in partnership with engineering, design, content, and business teams.
  • Champion AI-forward product development to improve alignment, analysis, documentation, and speed to market.
  • Define KPIs and OKRs, build dashboards and metrics, and use data to assess performance and prioritize work.
  • Work closely with Provider Sales, Client Sales, Customer Support, Data, and other partners to ensure alignment and go-to-market execution.
  • Mentor product team members, manage a product manager, and may coach 1-2 product professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is required.
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success owning and scaling content platform products with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong product discovery experience, including A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and hypothesis-driven development.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and product bets.
  • High data literacy, including ability to define, gather, track, and interpret product metrics using SQL or similar tools.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer, revenue, and technical considerations.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align executives, partners, and teams.
  • Fluency with modern product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Looker, Mixpanel, and Figma, plus Agile methodologies.
  • Fluency with modern AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Figma Make.
  • MBA or related master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience at growth-stage or mature-stage companies with modern product operating models preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare or health tech, or another environment with similar data privacy considerations preferred.
  • Experience with recommendation systems and mixed media content types such as articles, video, infographics, and innovative formats preferred.
  • Experience with DOOH platforms such as BroadSign or SignageOS is a plus.
