Description

  • Own client engagements end-to-end, serving as the primary product contact from discovery and scoping through delivery.
  • Scope zero-to-one product builds and create sequenced, shippable roadmaps.
  • Lead legacy platform rebuild and modernization engagements while balancing technical debt, business continuity, and delivery speed.
  • Design and support AI-native enablement programs for client product and engineering teams.
  • Translate ambiguous business needs into PRDs, success criteria, and prioritized delivery plans.
  • Partner with agentic engineers to select appropriate agentic or deterministic approaches.
  • Define guardrails and evaluation criteria for AI agents before production use.
  • Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across competing timelines, budgets, and scopes.
  • Lead steering committees, sprint reviews, stakeholder presentations, and scope or feasibility discussions.
  • Measure engagement outcomes and ROI, and contribute to TribalScale delivery playbooks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of scope, roadmaps, and delivery outcomes.
  • Agency or consulting experience managing multiple clients or accounts.
  • Experience with at least two of the following: greenfield builds, legacy platform rebuilds or migrations, and client enablement or training engagements.
  • Hands-on experience scoping, building, or shipping AI agents or agentic workflows.
  • Ability to discuss architecture, evaluations, and guardrails with technical teams.
  • Ability to explain agentic concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills, including presenting to VP-level stakeholders and managing pushback.
  • Strong scoping and prioritization skills, with the ability to turn vague briefs into actionable plans.
  • Comfort working independently in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks or agent observability tooling is preferred.
  • Technical background in engineering, data, or QA is preferred.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare is preferred.
  • Experience delivering technical training, workshops, or enablement programs is preferred.
  • Public writing or speaking experience on product or AI topics is preferred.
  • Subject matter expertise in streaming and OTT media products is preferred.
