Description

  • Own core platform features across the Homepage, User Center, AI Generative UI, and Market pages, including operations, compliance tracking, localization, and content configuration.
  • Design and optimize onboarding flows and user journeys to improve conversion and activation.
  • Develop recommendation and personalization strategies for context-aware content delivery.
  • Partner with engineering teams to build personalization engines and generative UI experiences.
  • Coordinate product delivery across engineering, design, data, business, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with search, recommendation algorithm, and LLM teams to translate AI capabilities into user value.
  • Define success metrics, run experiments, and use data to guide product iteration.
  • Support business units with exposure and growth initiatives across the app.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, crypto/Web3, or AI-driven products.
  • Experience with financial products and consumer-facing product design, UI/UX principles, and design thinking.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach, including the ability to define product specifications and meaningful success metrics.
  • Proven experience shipping user-facing products with measurable conversion and engagement impact.
  • Ability to execute quickly, solve problems independently, and think strategically.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Platform or middle-office product experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience partnering with search, recommendation, or LLM teams is preferred.
  • Resilience under pressure and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
