Description

  • Own client engagements end-to-end, serving as the primary product contact from discovery and scoping through delivery.
  • Scope and manage zero-to-one product builds using agentic development approaches.
  • Lead legacy platform rebuild and modernization engagements while balancing technical debt, business continuity, and delivery speed.
  • Design and support AI-native enablement programs that help client teams build and ship agentic products independently.
  • Translate ambiguous business needs into PRDs, success criteria, prioritized scopes, and sequenced delivery plans.
  • Partner with agentic engineers to select appropriate deterministic or agentic approaches for each engagement.
  • Define guardrails and evaluation criteria for AI agents before production or access to client data.
  • Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with competing timelines, budgets, and priorities.
  • Lead steering committees, sprint reviews, stakeholder presentations, and scope or feasibility discussions.
  • Define ROI and outcome measures, track delivery performance, and contribute to internal delivery playbooks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of scope, roadmaps, and delivery outcomes.
  • Agency or consulting experience managing multiple clients or accounts.
  • Experience with at least two of: zero-to-one product builds, legacy platform rebuilds or migrations, and client enablement or training engagements.
  • Hands-on experience scoping, building, or shipping AI agents or agentic workflows.
  • Understanding of the tradeoffs between agentic and deterministic approaches.
  • Ability to discuss architecture, evaluations, and guardrails with technical teams.
  • Strong communication and teaching skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong client-facing presence, including presenting to VP-level stakeholders and managing pushback.
  • Excellent scoping and prioritization skills, with the ability to turn vague briefs into actionable plans.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and making decisions without fully formed specifications.
  • Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks or agent observability tools preferred.
  • Technical background in engineering, data, or QA preferred.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare preferred.
  • Experience delivering technical training, workshops, or enablement programs preferred.
  • Public writing or speaking experience on product or AI topics preferred.
