Description

  • Plan and oversee enterprise-level support and service activities for assigned partners.
  • Develop partner relationships and build a deep understanding of partner businesses and priorities.
  • Create partner-specific strategic account plans aligned to quarterly revenue and corporate strategy goals.
  • Champion partner business development initiatives within Pathward.
  • Identify and drive new product opportunities in collaboration with Solutions Engineering and Revenue Operations.
  • Monitor partner trends, issues, needs, and performance, and maintain open communication.
  • Apply Pathward strategy, policies, products, systems, and processes to support partner growth, while challenging standards when needed.
  • Consult regularly with partners on their business, decision makers, industry trends, and competition.
  • Hold regular face-to-face meetings with senior executives to align on objectives and relationship strategy.
  • Engage senior management and provide coaching, mentoring, and support to partner-specific teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Typically 3+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with deal structuring and SBA knowledge.
  • Experience with pipeline management and throughput.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and creativity skills.
  • Experience with exception management.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with underwriting, risk, closing, and leadership teams.
  • Experience in partner relationship management or account leadership (preferred).
  • Ability to manage credit quality while moving quickly (preferred).
