Description

  • Meet and exceed monthly written premium targets by identifying high-potential agents and converting new business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage new relationships from existing leads through product and process education.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for retail agents in the region and build consultative partnerships.
  • Perform quarterly business reviews with key agency partners.
  • Maintain and grow key accounts through platform training, appetite guidance, and proactive communication.
  • Partner with underwriting, operations, marketing, and product teams to share agent feedback and support improvements.
  • Increase agent awareness and platform usage through ongoing education and support.
  • Help position Pathpoint as the preferred digital solution for small-to-mid commercial E&S accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial P&C E&S products with nationally recognized insurance carriers, intermediaries, or brokerages.
  • Direct experience in the MGA, Programs, or E&S binding authority space.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic retail agent partnerships.
  • Experience leading sales meetings with senior executives at retail agencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to problem solve creatively while staying focused on goals.
  • Internal drive to be a top performer.
  • Based in California preferred; candidates in the Pacific Time Zone are also considered.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Notion, Ascend, or Retool is a plus but not required.
