Description

  • Lead end-to-end launches for biopharma products and services, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market rollout plans.
  • Own external messaging and campaign calendars across web, social, PR, sales enablement, and event touchpoints.
  • Develop product marketing collateral and oversee content creation, creative direction, and final deliverables for digital, sales, partner, and event assets.
  • Support planning and execution of industry conferences, including registration, event planning, cross-functional coordination, and asset development.
  • Own follow-up campaigns, conference-related social media calendars, and biopharma engagement strategy with the Business Development team.
  • Partner with Product, Business Development, and the marketing team on channel strategy, investment decisions, and performance measurement.
  • Contribute to annual marketing objectives, tactics, and budgets for product and service focus areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a thought partner for Business Development and Product Management.
  • Support downstream execution in service of the sales team.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of product marketing experience, with brand management or digital marketing experience in the healthcare field.
  • Proven ability to craft engaging content across diverse customer segments.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and produce high-quality written content.
  • An eye for design based on experience creating visual collateral and/or communications tools.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration experience, including managing internal and agency relationships.
  • Experience with brief development and creative evaluation.
  • Background in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices (preferred).
  • Experience in a high-growth company, such as Series A-C, (preferred).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation/CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo and SEO/analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEMrush (preferred).
  • Experience with video and image editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vimeo (preferred).

Benefits

  • Annual pay range of $125,530 to $192,479.
  • Eligible for RSUs.
  • Remote work designation (#LI-Remote).
  • Cash compensation may include base salary, on-target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible positions.
  • Individual compensation packages are tailored based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
