Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through closed deal and clean handover.
  • Build and execute a focused territory plan aligned with company goals.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up.
  • Work with the SDR to keep qualified meetings flowing.
  • Run discovery calls, deliver tailored demos, and build mutual close plans with timelines, risks, and stakeholders.
  • Multi-thread deals across the buyer’s organization and avoid single-threaded opportunities.
  • Coordinate clean handovers to Customer Success and Partnerships with a clear success plan.
  • Stay engaged post-sale to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Feed customer and market feedback back to Product on pricing, packaging, and product gaps.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including next step, close date, and stage.
  • Represent Patchstack at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Closed B2B SaaS deals end-to-end, from prospecting to signature, with deal sizes in the $25k+ ACV range.
  • Practical experience using a sales methodology such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, or similar.
  • Experience building pipeline personally, not only working inbound leads.
  • Experience selling technical products to technical buyers in areas such as security, infrastructure, dev tools, hosting, or adjacent markets.
  • Ability to forecast your own number accurately with managerial accountability.
  • Bonus: hosting industry experience.
  • Bonus: agency industry experience.
  • Bonus: existing relationships with hosting providers.
