Description

  • Build and nurture client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and aligning them with company solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value and revenue growth.
  • Manage renewals and contract negotiations while maintaining a seamless client experience.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively recommend solutions to improve engagement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Prioritize work and manage multiple accounts effectively across a large portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with a regionally aligned Customer Engineer and cross-functional partners to support customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing B2B software sales, ideally across SMB, Mid-Market, and Channel segments.
  • Demonstrated ability to own complex customer relationships end-to-end and deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, renewal, and expansion targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A growth mindset with openness to feedback, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational excellence in CRM systems such as Salesforce and data-driven sales practices.
  • Experience managing customer relationships, retention, and growth in a remote environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required for industry conferences, customer events, and internal team gatherings.
  • Must reside in one of the eligible U.S. states at the time of hire.
