Description

  • Lead complex enterprise engagements and make architecture decisions across Parloa’s platform and customer systems.
  • Build integrations and capabilities not covered by AMP, including systems of record, telephony, contact centers, state management, data readiness, retrieval, and multi-agent orchestration.
  • Prototype unclear or novel solutions quickly and determine whether they merit further investment.
  • Own production readiness, evaluations, observability, incident playbooks, security, access controls, PII handling, and audit trails.
  • Debug live technical and model-behavior issues in enterprise-scale production environments.
  • Expand customer accounts into additional use cases and business units, and contribute reusable capabilities to Parloa’s core product.
  • Mentor Product Engineers and participate in interviewing and hiring.
  • Define validation standards for AI-assisted development before it reaches customer production traffic.
  • Represent Parloa with senior customer engineers, architects, security leaders, and prospective clients.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience delivering production systems end to end.
  • 5+ years designing and architecting large-scale production systems in customer-facing or enterprise environments.
  • Fluency in TypeScript or Python, with the ability to learn the other quickly.
  • Experience leading agentic, spec-driven development in production and validating coding-agent output.
  • Experience with strategic enterprise accounts, long-term customer engagements, or rapid frontier technology experiments.
  • Experience as a mentor or technical lead.
  • Strong customer communication, judgment, ambiguity management, and risk identification skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Preferred: experience with production LLM systems, evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, voice or conversational AI, contact centers, telephony, CCaaS, regulated industries, or enterprise AI/product engineering.
