Description

  • Support the email marketing manager with research, preparing materials, and light editing of English-language content.
  • Assist the IT team by communicating with external partners and conducting research.
  • Support HR operations by coordinating candidates and scheduling interviews as part of the recruiting pipeline.
  • Communicate with external collaborators via Slack and email.
  • Verify basic invoices from partners.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule meetings.
  • Help with occasional content tasks when needed.
  • Use AI tools to optimize daily work and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Very good written and spoken English at C1 level or higher.
  • Comfort using tools such as Slack, Notion, Google Calendar, Canva, Claude, and similar platforms.
  • Interest in AI as a practical work tool for time optimization and process improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple operational topics.
  • Light writing skills and willingness to help with occasional content tasks.
  • Content or SEO background is a strong plus.
  • Availability Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to work mostly between 09:00 and 17:00, with some flexibility.
  • Willingness to work under a B2B contract or student mandate agreement.
